8 tanks of gas, 5 stops at McDonald’s, and a ridiculous amount of munchies later, I’ve successfully completed my first international road trip. If you read my Minnesota Travel Diary blog post, you know that I slept through a large portion of the drive to and from Minnesota. That was true of the drive from Toronto to Chicago as well (sorry Ty). We went to Chicago to explore the city, visit a few friends, and also to attend a wedding in Minnesota. Continue reading
Happy turkey hangover day guys! Thanksgiving has always been one of my favvv holidays and mid-October is the best time for it. The weather is in the ideal not-to-hot-and-not-to-cold stage, we’re due for a long weekend (when was labour day again?) and there’s an abundance of food. Perfection, no?
I’m going to be a little stereotypical here guys – the one about Minnesotans is true. I have never met a group of people so nice.
Back to school season is in full swing, and I couldn’t be happier. It is one of my favorite times of the year, like ever. Almost better than Christmas.
