I am someone who gets hungry. A lot. I don’t eat ridiculous amounts of food, but I find myself hungry during the random-est times of the day. Side note – Scream Queens is a guilty pleasure of mine and hence, I decided to name this post after the main antagonist of the second season. However, I promise that this smoothie is in no way a meanie, but instead it is really good for you + yummy.
Smoothies are a great way to curb your appetite, and still get all the nutrients, fruits and veggies. Plus, if you make ’em right, they actually taste really good. Today I’m sharing with you one of my go-to smoothie recipes. And there’s no need to hold your nose while you gulp this one down. As my girl Goldielocks says, it’s not too sweet, not too bitter, but just right.
Slice and core the apples + banana. Blend all the ingredients together, pour it into your favorite mason jar and enjoy!
